The Monkey may modify, supplement or periodically update this information, also in consideration of any changes to the applicable legislation.
Processing of Personal Data
Access to certain sections of the Site and / or any requests for information or services by Users of the Site may be subject to the inclusion of Personal Data; furthermore, any contacts with The Monkey, for example through the consumer service, or the optional, explicit and spontaneous sending of messages, by e-mail or traditional mail, to The Monkey addresses indicated on the Site, entail the subsequent acquisition of the address, also e-mail address, of the sender or the relative telephone number, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other Personal Data included in the relative communications.
The processing of the aforementioned Personal Data by The Monkey, as Data Controller, will take place in compliance with the Code and the GDPR.
This information is intended to allow Users to know, even before accessing the various sections of the Site and providing their Personal Data, how The Monkey treats the Personal Data of Users; the User must read it before providing his / her Personal Data, by filling in the appropriate spaces in the various sections of the Site.
Purpose of the processing
According to the needs expressed from time to time by the User who accesses the various sections of the Site, the purposes of the processing of Personal Data provided directly by Users may be as follows:

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of Personal Data concerning him, even if not yet registered, their communication in an intelligible form and to access their content.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
the origin of the Personal Data;
of the purposes and methods of treatment;
the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
the identification details of the Data Controller, of the Managers and of the representative appointed in the territory of the Italian State, where applicable
of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the Personal Data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the Italian State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of Personal Data;

The interested party has the right to object in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons to the processing of Personal Data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

How to exercise the rights and to know the list of data processors
The User may, at any time, exercise the above rights as well as know the complete list of Managers by sending an e-mail message to the Data Controller’s address or a letter to be sent by ordinary or registered mail, or an Email. certified.
Furthermore, if the User initially consented, he may subsequently oppose the processing for the purposes referred to in points 2 and 3 indicated in the Processing Purposes, by clicking on a specific “link” present in each e-mail message or by contacting the Owner in the manner indicated in the previous paragraph.
